ALEX KOSMALSKI
Senior Advisor – International Trade & Supply Chain
Alex Kosmalski is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade and Business Management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at leading multinational and Brazilian companies, including Nestlé Purina, GSK and Grupo Patense.
His experience spans animal protein and nutrition, international logistics, strategic sourcing and export operations across Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Based in Montevideo, Alex also works with international trade and logistics projects connected to the Port of Montevideo and Uruguay’s Free Trade Zones. At Sulox Trading, he supports global trade strategy, supply chain development and international business expansion.
LUIZ FILIPE PARMENTIER RODRIGUES DA SILVA
Founding Partner & Chairman
An engineer and entrepreneur since 1987, Luiz Filipe founded Engecampo Engenharia S.A. that year and today serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Engecampo is an industrial construction company with more than 1,000 employees.
Over nearly four decades he has founded or co-founded more than six companies in Brazil, including EGC Comercial, LFPB, an industrial equipment rental company, and Isoblock Isolamentos, successfully sold in 2002 and operating today as MPB Isoblock.
He is also co-founder of Centrais Geradoras Eólicas Cerro Alegre, a wind power project under development in partnership with a European-based global energy group.
At SULOX, he is responsible for strategy, governance and financial oversight. His engineering background brings the company a practical understanding of industrial processing, applied in assessing supplier capacity, product consistency and operational reliability across the supply chain.
FELIPE NARDON MARTINS
International Business
An entrepreneur with experience in business management, team leadership, commercial development and international business, with activities across Brazil and Uruguay.
His entrepreneurial journey has been marked by the creation and development of companies and brands across different sectors. His experience in agribusiness includes the development of his own coffee brand, providing direct exposure to agricultural products, supplier relationships, commercialization and market development.
He has also been involved in international sourcing, negotiations and cross-border business operations, developing relationships across different markets.
At Sulox Trading, he focuses on international business development, commercial strategy and global expansion.
